Emily maintains a clinical nutrition practice in Fairfax, CA, and teaches cooking instruction for individuals and groups, including those with food allergies and special diets. Her health articles have appeared in the 2005 edition of Our Bodies, Ourselves, on the KidChow Web site, and in a monthly nutrition column for We the People. Emily’s special areas of interest and research include food allergies and chemical sensitivities, depression and anxiety, digestive difficulties, and women’s health concerns.
